Shipping policy

At McKeever Teamwear, we take great pride in delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please read this shipping policy carefully as it contains important information about your order's delivery.

Order Accuracy

It is important that you provide accurate delivery information during the checkout process. We utilize a fully integrated system where the delivery information entered during checkout is what appears on your order confirmation and shipping label. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the delivery information that appears on the shipping label. If a package is lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, the entire responsibility for the error remains with the customer.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the advertised shipping dates, and delivery times will depend on your location. We cannot deliver on UK bank holidays as they are not classified as delivery days. During busy periods such as sales or Christmas, please allow for additional delivery time. If your address is in a remote location, there may also be additional delivery time required.

Custom Embroidered/Printed Items

Custom embroidered or printed items of clothing may require additional time for production and delivery. Please allow for additional delivery time when ordering these items.

Availability of Items

If the availability of an item on your order has changed since you purchased it, we will notify you via email to help you find another item.

Special Delivery Conditions

Some products may be subject to special delivery conditions, such as McKeever jerseys. These items will have specific delivery information listed on the product description tab on the product listing page.

Volumetric Weight

Due to the volumetric weight of certain orders, there may be an additional cost for shipping.

Multiple Locations

We dispatch orders from multiple locations. Your order may be split into more than one parcel, and they may not all arrive together in the same delivery.
