Refund policy
At McKeever Teamwear, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you have received your order and find a product defect, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date. However, please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on certain products, unless they are faulty. These products include:
- Jerseys personalised with a name and/or number.
- Any customised made-to-order products, including all club shop items with an embroidered crest.
- Any products that are personalised with initials.
- Face coverings, for hygiene reasons.
- Swimwear if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed.
- Products subject to general wear and tear.
We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with the guidance above.
In addition, we reserve the right to reject the sale of any initials that contain profanity or exceed our allowed character count.
Please note that all products purchased through a Team-Link Portal are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Lead times are outlined on each Order Portal and can be up to 10 weeks before delivery. This may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances, however we will communicate any delays that we encounter.
Garments are subject to a minimum order quantity across all orders within a Team-Link Portal. If this minimum is not achieved, you will receive a refund on that garment after the closure of the portal.
